Castlock Licensing and Integration

Castlock licensing is priced per URL, and comes with a required Support Contract for the first year. The pricing structure of our licenses are divided into 3 categories. Retainer fees for installation and customization include but are not limited to front-end interface development, administrative functionality, hosting setup and/or server delivery and support, consulting and training.

The Castlock licensing categories are as follows:

• Enterprise License Package: Additional domains discounted based on volume. Package includes install and customization service retainer. Annual Support Contract required for first year (includes software upgrades, and customer service support via email, IM and phone)


• Enterprise Premium License Package: Similar to Enterprise, but includes one or all of the following: video, widget and ad platform management modules.


• OEM and Private Open Source License: Please call to discuss.

RSS Retainers
A customization and Install retainer is received upfront to address all aspects of service, setup, consulting, implementation, development and training. Additional hours may apply depending on your requirements, and estimates are provided based on additional discovery and answers provided to the Castlock Client Questionnaire.
